M.Sc. Flavio Mancuso
Flavio Mancuso graduated at Politecnico di Torino (2017) in Architecture and city planning.
After a two-years experience (2018-20) for hamburg-based architecture office „blk2 architekten“ began working (2020-22) in the field of landscape planning for „rabe landschaften“.
Working at the threshold between community involvement, activism and planning, he firmly believes in a renewed form of ruralism.
He co-founded „simeri laboratorio urbano“ (2020), transdisciplinary practice with the aim of raising awareness in marginalized communities and regenerating rural landscapes in south-Italy.
Recently he also co-founded „borneo architecture“ (2022), a collaborative studio investigating architecture, urbanism and landscape architecture.
Flavio joined the HCU Hamburg and the Chair of Prof. Stokman in September 2022 as Research and Teaching Associate.
