Teaching research project
This study is the result of the teaching research project on student housing in Hamburg carried out in the winter semester 2019/2020. It was offered, under the direction of Prof. Dr. Monika Grubbauer, Eva Kuschinski and Andreas Jasiulek, as an elective for the BA and MA courses in Urban Planning, Metropolitan Culture and Urban Design. The project was initiated by interested students who wanted to examine the housing conditions of students in Hamburg in the context of current housing policy debates. Special attention was paid to the relationship between living and studying.
