Should we not be able to answer a question quickly, we will take it with us to our team and contact you within a maximum of 24 hours with an answer.
The chat service is primarily aimed at HCU members and users of the library. Your data will be treated confidentially. Only the chat history for internal evaluation and your contact details are saved if you send them to us. We need this data for later contact of we were not able to answer your question immediately. They will be deleted after 30 days.
