What's that?
SoSafe is the e-learning platform we use. With short videos and some interactive elements, you can learn or relearn the basics of information security.
The most important aspect of cybersecurity are always humans. Therefore, it’s essential to know the basics.
All parts in a campaign can be started, paused and resumed whenever you need to so you are flexible in how you learn. Both employees and students can study the short basic training of at most 60 minutes. After completing all modules, you can download a certificate.
All modules are available both in English and German.
For a slightly more exciting learning every video is followed by a short quiz. After successfully answering the quizzes, you can level up and gain achievements.
Join us at SoSafe (SAML)
You can login or register at https://elearning.sosafe.de/. In the upper right-hand corner, you can change to your preferred language.
If you're a student or scientific employee (your mail ends with @hcu-hamburg.de) just select "Login with SAML", enter your HCU-E-mail and follow the given steps.
If you're working in administration (your mail ends with @vw.hcu-hamburg.de) just login on the main page if you already have an SoSafe account with your HCU-mail account or go to register to make a new one. It's important that you use your HCU mail to get full access.
