FILTER Detroit PhD project at HafenCity University Hamburg: Real Estate Values of Family Homes in Banglatown, a Community of (Artistic) Migration in 21st Century Detroit (working title).

FILTER Detroit (US): Initiator and director of the Research Residence for artists and urban actors in and outside Detroit. Platform for collaboration with residents, guest artists, neighbors and the city of Detroit. Focus: Community Art Projects, Socially Engaged Art, Participation and Urban Life. Since 2010 about 30 artists* and student groups have been guests. www.filterdetroit.org

 

Main areas of research: Ethnographic Urban Research, Urban Development and Art, Real Estate Industry and Art, Exhibiting in Urban Apace, Art and Museums (US): Initiator and director of the Research Residence for artists and urban actors in and outside Detroit.
