Digital City Science, HafenCity University Hamburg in cooperation with GIZ and on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), along with local partners, is working on the further development and implementation of the Toolkit for Open and Sustainable City Planning & Analysis (TOSCA) in four Indian cities. The Toolkit serves as a support for urban planning, in view of the criticality of integrated and climate-resilience planning in Indian cities.
