You don't want to start studying at the HafenCity University after you have accepted the study place?

You can abdicate of the study place before the semester starts (before 01.10. for winter semester). Please fill the form "application withdrawal", sign it and send it together with the already received documents to the following address:

Notes:

We will only refund the semester contribution if the semester haven't yet started (i.e. the waiver letter must received the administration office before 1st October for winter semester). Please note that for the effort will accrued a fee of 50,- €, when you already been enrolled. The fee will subtracted from the semester contribution. The semester contribution will transfer for legal reasons back to the bank account of the payer.
