Doctoral Studies and Postdoc Information

HafenCity Universität Hamburg supports young researchers in the various phases of their academic qualification. Central for the promotion of young researchers at HCU is the organisation and offers on the path to a doctorate. However, HCU also strives to involve interested students in research topics at HCU even before they have completed their doctorate, within the framework of 'research-based learning'. For the phase after the doctorate, HCU offers postdocs various opportunities to qualify for a further academic career up to and including a professorship.
