The research group "plan B:altic" is based in the Department of Urban Planning and Regional Development at the HafenCity University Hamburg. "plan B:altic" is fully funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research under its Social-Ecological Research Programme within the Framework Programme "FONA - Research for Sustainable Development" from 2009 until 2013 (FKZ 01UU0909).
