Payment Deadlines
By when must the Tuition Fees be paid into which Account?
With effect from the 2009 summer semester, the tuition fees will be due each semester with the re-registration.
For the summer semester, at the latest by April 20th,
for the winter semester by October 20th of the respective year.
Transfer the tuition fees on the same day as the semester levy. Please note that the tuition fees and semester levy must be paid into two different HCU accounts due to legal reasons. Both accounts are with the Deutsche Bundesbank, but have different account numbers.
Reason for transfer
Please first enter the calendar year and then the respective semester ("1" for the summer semester, "2" for the winter semester), as well as your registration number and name in the reason for transfer field.
Example
In the transfer of the student Joe Bloggs (fictive registration number 1234567) for the 2009 summer semester, the "reason for transfer" field thus appears as follows:
